      As a teacher and tutor of undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses including “Mechanisms andMachine Theory”, “Mechanical design foundation” and “Fatigue and Fracture”, I started to give lectures to oversea students in English from 2012. So far, I have given lectures of “Mechanisms and Machine Theory” to undergraduate oversea students of 5 sessions and “Modern Machinery Design Methodand Theory” to postgraduate oversea students of 4 sessions. Meanwhile, I also undertake some practical teaching works including course design, graduation project and production practice. As project manager of Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning and Scientific research projects of colleges and universities of Liaoning, I published over 60 papers and more than 15 were indexed by EI&SCI. At the same time, I managed two teaching reform projects and published three teaching reform papers. I won “Excellent class tutor” and “Outstanding young teachers” of Shenyang Aerospace University, and Third prize of “Shenyang Natural Science Academic Achievement Award”.

      主讲本科生学位课程《机械原理》和《机械设计基础》,主讲研究生学位课程《疲劳与断裂》。2012年采用全英文授课,主讲留学生Mechanisms and Machine Theory课程共5届,Modern Machinery Design Methodand Theory课程共4届。承担留学生实践教学任务机械原理课程设计、机械设计课程设计、毕业设计、生产实习等,担任留学生硕士导师。平时重视教育教学改革与研究,发表教改论文3篇,主持校教改项目2项,参与省级与校级教改项目3项,2012年获“校优秀班主任”称号,2016年获“校优秀青年教师”称号。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,主持辽宁省自然基金和辽宁省教育厅高等学校科学研究项目各一项,参与多项国家与中航集团重大研究课题。共发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI检索6篇,EI检索10篇,获评沈阳市自然科学学术成果奖三等奖1项。
